Yes men get tans too some go over board but its not only for the body builders.
Most of my man clients have been talked into it by partners or wives but once they get one and see how natural they are they seem to be ok about getting them.

A few budgie smugglers we like
Although our tans dont exactly look like this a lot of body builders like to have a tan base before competing.
